Relay Digital Marketing ("Relay", "we") builds websites for local businesses in Mumbai and the UK. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you share with us through this site.
What we collect
We collect personal data in one place only: the free mini-audit form on our homepage. Depending on what you fill in, the form may collect:
- your name
- your business name
- your WhatsApp number
- an optional website, Instagram, or Google profile link
- a budget range
- a timeline
- a short message about what you need
You can also skip the form and message us directly on WhatsApp, in which case we receive whatever you choose to send us there.
Where your enquiry goes
When you submit the form, a few services handle your details on our behalf:
- Netlify Forms. Netlify hosts this site, and a copy of your submission is stored in our Netlify account so no enquiry is lost.
- FormSubmit.co. Your submission is emailed to us at team@relaydigitalmarketings.com.
- WhatsApp. The form also opens WhatsApp with your enquiry pre-filled. If you tap send, your message is delivered through WhatsApp, which is a Meta service and operates under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. The fonts on this site are served by Google. Loading them means Google receives your IP address, as with any resource loaded from a third party.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It currently runs no analytics and no advertising trackers.
How we use your data
We use the details you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare your free mini-audit, and put together a quote. Nothing else: we do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and to maintain reasonable business records. If you would like your details deleted, email us and we will remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email team@relaydigitalmarketings.com.
Relay serves clients in both the UK and India. For UK visitors, we aim to handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. For visitors in India, we aim to handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
